There's a 20% service fee added to your check for the back staff the servers work on commission based on their sales. May be a good concept or it has to be people are working or they would have left. I ordered off the happy hour menu for my drink had the old fashion for $6 it was very good. I had the burnt ends grill cheese had burnt ends cooked with bbq sauce and then placed between a grilled cheddar cheese sandwich I also had the onion rings. Both were very good I did ask for extra bbq sauce for the sandwich was much better. The side salad was very good and fresh wife and I shared she had the meatloaf with ff said it was very good. If you have never been here before this place have a few items from the late ford vehicles engine inside and cars outside. ”

“ We visited Ford's Garage with my cousin and his friends. We went on a weekend in December, so parking was quite a challenge. We ended up finding parking across the street and walked over. We were able to be seated quickly. This location operates under a team service model and thus adds an automatic 20% service charge. I didn't really notice much difference in service from usual models, but usually tip 20% anyway, so it didn't bother me. Hopefully it works out well for the employees. The service was good and staff were nice. The ambience is cool. They lean into the car theme with a lot of cool details right down to the bathrooms. My bf ordered meatloaf, I ordered the chicken henry with mac and cheese and jalapeño cream corn. Others ordered chicken tenders, the brisket sandwich, and a burger. The food came out nice and hot. I enjoyed my chicken and the mac and cheese. The corn was just okay time; I found it kind of bland. I tasted my bf's meatloaf and mashed potatoes; both were good. I also tasted a bite of my cousin's chicken tender, also good. Overall, this is a cool spot and I'd return if in the area. ”

“ This place had a super cool vibe. Service was different. You don't have 1 dedicated server, it's a team approach. Due to this they automatically add gratuity to your check. Be aware of that. I had some burnt ends sandwich and it was delicious. I'd probably go back for that alone. ”
